Whether you feel called to lead a business, influence others, serve your community, or simply become the strongest version of yourself, AO Leadership events provide the environment, tools, and community to help you rise with confidence and momentum.
AO Leadership events are open to individuals of all ages who are ready to grow in their leadership, purpose, and personal development. While most attendees are adults, there is no strict age limit. We welcome students, young adults, professionals, and seasoned leaders alike.
Some events may recommend attendees be at least 16 or 18 due to the depth of the content, but anyone with the maturity and desire to grow is welcome to attend.
We recommend business casual or smart casual attire. Most attendees dress in a way that makes them feel confident, professional, and comfortable.
You’ll see a range of styles, including:
Blazers, dresses, or nice tops
Button-down shirts or polos
Slacks, dark jeans, or skirts
Dress shoes, boots, or clean sneakers
Many guests choose to dress slightly elevated, especially for VIP sessions and evening experiences, but comfort is important since you’ll be sitting, moving, and engaging throughout the event.
Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel confident and ready to step into your next level.
Yes, all service animals are permitted.
Hotel accommodations are not included with your Alpha Omega Leadership event registration. If you plan to stay overnight, please book your hotel directly with the location of your choice.
We recommend reserving your room early to ensure availability and a convenient stay during the event.

Attendees who do not comply with this policy may be asked to leave the event.
